The counter service location, Liberty Inn at Epcot in the American Pavilion, has added a steak option since my last visit. I’m sure it’s because of the busy holiday/seasonal traffic and Disney trying to offer more options closer to those found in sit-down restaurants as an alternative when they are sold out of reservations.
